Vintage 1970s glam rock comic strip platform wedges.  Mega wedge sculptural platform with Spanish classic 'Mortadelo y Filemon' comic strip wallpapered over - such a wild design! Features brown leather wrap around straps with silver studding - classic hippie design. Ultra tall heel. In all my years collecting, I've never seen a pair like this! A collector's item and an absolute work of art.

Note: there are tears to the paper- and a part missing at the front toe on one shoe. The paper is mostly intact elsewhere, with some tears along edging & wear to the bottom. I would encourage the new owner to be careful if wearing these- this is genuine comic book paper & could easily be damaged if wet. There is discolouration to leather, and some sun fading to soles. Structurally sound.
