Heavy Overwrap Tape (also known as Elastic Adhesive Bandage Tape) is commonly used for compression applications and can assist in the minimisation of swelling and internal muscle bleeding injuries, ankle strapping and restricting shoulder joint movement.

Overwrap tape requires scissors for cutting.
